Florida FASA/BASA COMBO Renewal
This 6 hour packages qualifies for renewal of a Florida Burglar Alarm System (BASA) and the Fire Alarm System Agent (FASA). This course is approved by the Electrical Contractors Safety Board (ECLB) for renewal of a BASA and FASA license and badge. You will receive a free electronic badge through the ShowMYBadge.com system at the conclusion of the course.
This is a renewal package only. If you currently carry a BASA and FASA badge, this course will provide a two-year renewal. If you do not currently have BASA and FASA licensing in Florida, you will need to take the 14 hour initial training course which will provide the license for two years before renewal is required.
Every technician and salesperson performing fire and security alarm system work in the State of Florida requires a valid Fire Alarm System Agent (FASA) and Burglar Alarm System Agent (BASA) license. After initial training and certification, both the BASA and FASA license must be renewed every two years.
This course provides the required six hours of continuing education to renew both your license and badges. It is broken down into two sections.
